St. Regis -a renowned hotel management company- joins Cairo’s New Administrative Capital. Marriott International’s President, Liam Brown, signed a hotel management contract for El Masa Capital Hotel. Consequently, the esteemed Marriott Brand will now be managing the hotel and has renamed it to St. Regis El Masa.

Its signature is providing luxury experience that links modern conveniences and technology with timeless design and personalized service. Its rich heritage and loyal following have made it one of the fastest-growing luxury hotel brands. St. Regis has doubled its footprint over the past five years and is entering into an extraordinary period of global expansion.

Significance

Based on that Contract, St. Regis El Masa will be the first collaboration between Cairo’s administrative Capital and a world-wide hospitality management company. This is a major indicator of the interest that the New Capital holds for international investors. It also reflects the global interest in Cairo’s new administrative capital as a touristic destination. The new city is considered to be the newest most prominent launching pad for both investors and business men in Egypt.

St. Regis El Masa – New Capital

El Masa Capital – Now St. Regis El Masa- is an icon within the new capital. It was the first building in the new city to be launched and operated, and has become a Landmark within the uprising community. The hotel has been built on over 120 Acres. It boasts an international conference hall, a Cinema Complex, a large Mosque, and a mall. Additionally, The hotel hosts an artificial beach and a theme park. It will soon launch the Capital Walk, which is a shopping and entertainment multiplex built to the highest international standards.
